Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: May 12, 2026
This policy describes the apps and use cases we will and will not accept for QA testing engagements on 12AppTester.com. By submitting an app for testing, you confirm it falls within our acceptable categories.
What we will test
- Production-intent Android applications across most categories, including productivity, lifestyle, education, finance, utilities, and entertainment.
- Pre-launch builds being prepared for Google Play closed testing or production release.
- Existing apps undergoing a major redesign or feature rollout that benefits from independent QA.
What we will not test
We decline engagements for apps in any of the following categories. If we discover after engagement start that an app falls in one of these categories, the engagement is terminated without refund.
- Malware, spyware, stalkerware, or any app designed to operate without informed user consent.
- Apps that infringe intellectual property rights or pirate copyrighted content.
- Apps designed to manipulate app store rankings, reviews, install counts, or engagement metrics on any platform.
- Apps designed to evade or circumvent the terms of service of Google Play, Apple App Store, or any other platform.
- Adult or sexually explicit content.
- Apps facilitating illegal gambling, unlicensed financial services, or other illegal activities under Bangladeshi law or the buyer's jurisdiction.
- Apps targeting children under 13 that do not comply with COPPA, GDPR-K, or equivalent regimes.
- Apps containing or facilitating hate speech, incitement to violence, or harassment.
What our QA team will not do
- Submit fake or manipulated reviews on the Google Play Store or any other platform.
- Inflate install counts, engagement metrics, or ratings.
- Perform any activity intended to circumvent Google Play's policies. Our service is QA work — closed-testing compliance is a documented byproduct of completed testing sessions, not a service we sell.
