Terms of Service
Last updated: May 12, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of 12AppTester.com (the "Service") operated by 12AppTester ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or purchasing a QA engagement, you agree to these Terms.
1. What we offer
We provide a professional QA testing service for Android applications. A standard engagement consists of a team of approximately 12 QA engineers running structured test sessions on your Android app over a 14-day period on real devices, and filing bug reports, screenshots, and usability notes through our dashboard. A consolidated QA report and a closed-testing compliance log are delivered at the end of each engagement.
2. Your obligations
- You will provide accurate information about your app, including its name, package name, and the build under test.
- You will configure your Google Play Console closed-testing track and whitelist the tester emails we provide before the engagement starts.
- You confirm that you own the rights to the app being tested, or are authorized to commission QA testing of it.
- You will not submit apps that fall under our Acceptable Use Policy exclusions.
3. Our obligations
- We will assign a QA team to your engagement and run the contracted number of test sessions across the 14-day window.
- We will surface every finding in your dashboard with a timestamp and tester identifier.
- We will deliver a final consolidated QA report and a compliance log at the end of the engagement.
- We do not guarantee approval by Google Play or any other platform — that decision rests with Google. Our service is QA work; compliance is a byproduct of doing the work properly.
4. Payments
Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited acting as Merchant of Record for our purchases. Paddle handles applicable taxes (VAT, GST, sales tax) on our behalf. By purchasing, you also agree to Paddle's buyer terms.
5. Refunds
Refund terms are described in our Refund Policy and form part of these Terms.
6. Intellectual property
You retain all rights to your app, your code, and any other materials you submit. We retain rights to our dashboard, tooling, methodology, and aggregated reports. Findings produced for your engagement belong to you and are delivered as part of the service.
7. Confidentiality
Information you submit about your app (including builds, screenshots, internal feature notes) is treated as confidential. Our QA engineers operate under non-disclosure obligations.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost revenue, lost users, or reputational harm.
9. Account termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable law. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us; refund eligibility for unused engagements is governed by the Refund Policy.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, where 12AppTester is operated. For buyers, the Merchant of Record relationship is governed by Paddle's applicable terms and the law of the jurisdiction in which Paddle invoices you.
